Fluffy Cheese Bread Rolls
A freshly baked bread roll is just wonderful and delicious. And if they are fluffy and crunchy like these gluten free cheese rolls, you won’t be able to resist.
Fluffy Cheese Bread Rolls
- 200g grated mozzarella
- 230g cream cheese *quark*
- 220-240g tapioca flour
- 2 small eggs
- 2 tea spoons of baking powder
- Sea salt according to your taste
Preheat the oven up to 240 degrees *upper and under heat* and cover your baking plate with baking paper. Fill all the ingredients into a bowl, mix everything and afterwards knead very well. *The best way is to simply use your hands*.
Form 10 evenly sized balls out of the dough. For that cover your hands in some of the tapio starch and form the dough into bread rolls. Distribute the cheese rolls on top of the baking paper and let them bake for about 20 minutes.
