Super refreshing Lemon-Orange-Rosemary-Ginger Lemonade

To prepare your own lemonade is super easy, very trendy and sooo versatile. And the best thing about it is that YOU choose how sweet your lemonade should be. If this is not enough to convince you then I am not sure what else to propose! Well, maybe some ice cubes?;-)

 

Ingredients:

2 liters of water *You prefer your lemonade to be more bubbly? Simply use sparkling water instead of still water.*

5 lemons

oranges

150g fresh ginger

6 branches of fresh mint

1 fresh branch of rosemary

60g cane sugar *Optional: Pear, agave or apple syrup*

Preparation:

  1. Squeeze 4 lemons and 4 oranges and distribute the juice into two small decanters.
  2. Rinse the remaining lemons and oranges under hot water and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Grate the ginger.
  4. Clean the mint, shake it dry and roughly crush it with a mortar.
  5. Fill all the ingredients into the decanters, add the water, stir and enjoy. 

 

If you want, add some ice cubes or crushed ice.
