It’s a delightful and spicy dip made out of ripe avocados and tomatoes which were kissed by the sun. Pair it with grilled vegetables or with some nibblers.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Juice of 1/4 lemon *or lime juice*
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 of a red chili
- Salt & pepper
Halve the avocado, remove the core, take out the flesh, put it in a bowl and immediately sprinkle the lemon juice over. Now take a fork and mash the avocado flesh or simply puree it with an immersion blender. Next, clean the tomatoes and cut them into fine little dices. Hack the chili well. Now mix everything very well and season with salt and pepper.
If you want, add some fresh, chopped coriander to the guacamole.
