Marinated Strawberries With Cream and Cocoanips
Mhhhhhh… Spoon after spoon … tasty! I think there’s no easier and faster way to prepare this strawberry dream. You can vary this desert however you wish. You don’t tolerate or simply like soy AND strawberries? No problem! Simply use instead…
Coconut cream on a rice basis. Available in all natural food stores, well equipped supermarkets and drug stores. And as a strawberry substitute how about using fresh peaches, apricots, cherries or a melon;-) I tried all alternatives and it doesn’t really matter what you use, all combinations tasted simply delicious;-)
Marinated Strawberries With Cream and Cocoanips
- 400g fresh strawberries *Or fruits according to your taste or tolerance
Clean and quarter the strawberries, fill them into a bowl and stir the syrup under. Let them infuse until the cream is whipped. Use a whipping device to beat the cream. Distribute the marinated strawberries into 2 bowls, add the cream on top and scatter the cocoa nibs over. That’s all. This is how fast you can prepare a fresh desert.
1-2 tablespoons of rice syrup according to your desired sweetness Optional: Coconut blossom syrup or agave syrup
200ml soy cream *I prefer Schlagfix OR a cream on a rice basis
1 tablespoon of coco nibs
